After shared article about the factors of divorce, I would like to tell you about what I have read from the article which talking about the effects of divorce. Couples who are divorced are facing some negative effects which are:

Couples who are divorced are also saddled with added responsibilities and roles, particularly with regard to the care of children. Each parent has to be both father and mother to the children. Some mothers may even have to go out and work to maintain their children.

In any marriage break-up, it is the children who are most likely to be affected psychologically. They are the unfortunate victims of the bickerings between parents. Faced with their own problems, parents tend to disregard their children's feelings, thus making the children feel that they are unwanted. If the situation is not handled properly, they may develop a negative attitude towards parents and marriage, as a result of what they see happening in the home. It is usual for couples with marital problems to think more of their own feelings than of their children. They may have the interest of their children at heart, but the children are not to know this. All the children know is that something is terribly wrong, but they have no idea what it is nor can they find the words to describe it.

The social stigma that is usually attached to a divorce is inevitable. These are only some of the difficulties that couples are likely to face upon divorce. While it is true that in many cases a partner in marriage comes to this painful decision because of the irresponsible behaviour of the other partner, it is also true that a divorce may not be the best solution to the problem.

Divorce will bring about changes in the status of a person, from the legal point of view. Among the issues that may pose a problem are:

• more restrictions in owning a HDB flat imposed on a divorced person;
• higher personal income taxes;
• more responsibilities as a single parent;
• legal costs for the divorce proceedings;
• losses may be incurred when parties are forced to sell their flat or to surrender it to HDB;
• further conflict may occur in Court if one party fails to comply with the Order of Court.

.The Most Common Factors of Divorce.

Divorce cases is found in any human society and its existed since the inception of human life. In Malaysia, the high percentage of divorce cases have been there. Based on the statistics, the average of divorce cases in our country is up to 20% per year!!

Yes, today, I would like to share some most common factors of this social issue here.

First and foremost, introduce the 3 most common factors of divorce, they are:

Lack of communication!!

lack of communication is one of the most common factors of divorce because when two people lack communication, they are unable to solve problems that may occur in the marriage. Many married couples think that the minor problems that occur in their marriage, are insignificant, and are not worth talking about; however, they fail to realize that even the smallest things can cause conflict between the two when they are not able to solve them through communication.

Many people say, “Money is the root of all evil”. Yes! Money can be the root of all problems in the marriage. Why I say so? This is because when one spouse makes all of the financial decisions, and the other spouse does not agree with the decisions that he or she is making, then conflicts can occur between the two of them. This financial responsibility can affect the marriage drastically, when what seemed to be enough for the two, is not enough to provide for a family.

Children require a lot of support from both parents, and when only one parent is working, the amount of support coming in, is sometimes not enough. This situation causes many married couples to argue over financial issues. They also argue over the decisions made for their children, when one of the partners does not agree with the other in certain situations. This causes them to resent each other, and puts the marriage in jeopardy.

.Understanding Causes Of Divorce.

hye and hello guys..

Since we have understood what is the definition of divorce, so we are try to identify and understand more information about divorce. So for today, I want to discuss about the causes of divorce..like what I've said in my last comment before this in definition of divorce, the next part is to find why divorce had happened?

Actually,there are many factors or causes why people  get divorce. From the article that I've read, I've found in that article, there are seven factors have been identified as the causes of divorce among couples in the country. Based on what I've read, i found that, the main causes of divorce is low grounding in religion.  

Another reasons why marriages fail or people get divorced are given below:-

1) differences in culture

2) interference by third parties 

3) sexual problems

4) money and careers

5) irresponsible attitude of husband and wives

6) incompatibility and the remainder due to problems of drugs and others

this point that I've listed is taken by Prof Datuk Dr Mafauzy Mohamed said, the Director of USM Kubang Kerian's Faculty of Health. .

  What is DIVORCE???

Let's discuss....   

DIVORCE (or the dissolution of marriage) is the final termination of a marital union, canceling the legal duties and responsibilities of marriage and dissolving the bonds of matrimony between the parties. Actually, I got that definition from wikipedia. so, it is shows  that divorce is break up that occur in family, who is getting the problem that cannot to be resolved. Otherwise, this is one of the solution that is legal. 

     As we know, this issue rising up every year. It is so many report that was notified. This is also one of hot news that occur among Malay, Chinese and Indians people. There are from workers, celebrities and others. Many reports of these cases that showed in media likes newspaper, magazines, television and radio.
